How I coach

How I coach: the capacity framework.

Every program starts by finding the one thing in the way. This page is how that gets found, and what happens after. The nine domains capacity is built and lost across, why the work has to go in a particular order, what I send your doctor, and where genetics actually fit.

Mission

Remove the factors limiting human capacity in the leaders carrying the weight other lives depend on.

Vision

A generation of leaders whose growth carries into the next one.

Who this is for

Motivated people who want a structure.

Adults who are already trying. You do not need talking into it. What you have never had is a structure to put the effort into, somebody telling you what your own results actually mean, and a coach who is paying attention between sessions.

Most of them have other people depending on them, and a body that has started sending the bill. The effort is not the missing piece. It never was.

If you are willing to do the work, my job is to make sure it is the right work.

This is not for you if you want a quick hack, a template, or someone to tell you to try harder. There's easier stuff out there. This is for people who want the real map, and are ready to act on it.

The real problem

You're not effort deficient.
Your capacity is constrained.

You are already trying hard. That is exactly why more effort does nothing. Effort applied to a system running at its limit does not create results. It creates faster depletion. This is not an effort problem. It is a capacity problem.

The real question

What is suppressing the capacity
you were built to express?

The bottleneck is hidden.

Most people are working harder against a system that isn't working: wrong timing, chronic friction, suppressed capacity they cannot see or name.

Generic can't find it.

Programs built for the average person cannot find your specific bottleneck. Your genetics, nervous system, and environment are not average.

Remove the friction first.

You don't need more effort. You need a precise map of what's suppressing you, and a system built to remove it, layer by layer.

Capacity

Capacity is the convergence point. Your training, your food, your sleep, your supplements, your thoughts, your relationships. They all meet here. Everything you do either expands it or drains it.

The system

Capacity is built and lost
across nine domains.

No one lives in a single domain, and the real bottlenecks sit between them. That is exactly why single-domain specialists never find them. HGF maps all nine, then sequences the fix starting with the one setting your ceiling.

01

Training

How you move and load the body, and whether the stress you take on is the kind it can adapt to.

02

Nutrition

What you feed the system, and whether it reaches the work or gets lost on the way.

03

Sleep

The overnight rebuild. Short or shallow, and everything downstream runs on credit.

04

Timing

When things happen against your own biology. The same input helps or hurts depending on the hour.

05

Environment

Your surroundings and the people you're near. Who you're around changes what you can carry.

06

Cognitive

Attention and executive function. Whether the mind is actually here for the work in front of it.

07

Emotional

How steady you stay inside real load. Regulation under pressure, not the absence of it.

08

Genetics

The costs and tendencies you were dealt. A lead to confirm and work with, never a verdict.

09

Mission

What your capacity is aimed at, and whether the aim is holding. Meaning, conviction, and the sense that what you're carrying is worth carrying. Capacity built with no one to serve goes nowhere, and capacity aimed at something you don't believe in drains faster than it builds.

How it works

Stop guessing.
Build a life structure aligned to your biology and your mission.

Everyone has tactics. Almost no one has structure. That's the gap, and it's why the tactics never stuck.

Every client is also somewhere in a four-phase arc: stabilize, build, expand, deploy. The process below is how we find out where, and what comes next.

01

Assess

We map the full picture: biology, structure, environment, recovery, and timing, including DNA when available.

02

Map

We find the one bottleneck most likely suppressing your capacity, and sequence the fix before recommending anything.

03

Architect

We build the structure: training, nutrition, supplementation, timing, and recovery, all sequenced around your highest-leverage bottleneck. Your system, your biology, your mission.

04

Execute

You run the protocol. Training, nutrition, timing, and recovery, in the sequence the blueprint set, with a coach holding the line.

05

Rescan

Nothing here is static. As your life changes, we reassess, the bottleneck shifts, the structure adapts, and each cycle starts from a higher foundation. This is where capacity compounds.

Oversight

A coach in the loop.
A practitioner when it counts.

The system is powerful, but it doesn't run on its own. An HGF coach oversees your blueprint, interprets what the data is actually saying, and recalibrates it with you as your life changes. You are never just reading a dashboard alone.

And the system knows its own edge. Anything clinical, lab interpretation, medication questions, a medical concern, is out of our lane. We flag it and hand it to you with the data, to take to your practitioner. HGF maps and builds capacity. It does not diagnose, and it does not replace your physician.

That boundary is the point. It knows what it is. It knows what it isn't. That's why it works.

Non-negotiables

What we refuse to do.

We tell you which is which.

Established, reasoned from mechanism, or honestly unknown. A report confident about everything isn't rigorous, it's convenient.

We find the bottleneck before we add anything.

Stacking inputs on a system that isn't short of them changes nothing and costs you money.

We stay in our lane.

Some findings belong to your physician. When we find one, we say so and hand it over with the data attached.

We build so it outlasts us.

The point isn't capacity you hold. It's capacity that carries into the people downstream of you.

Your output is not your worth.

Capacity rises and falls across a life, some of it for reasons nobody controls. We build it so it can be spent on something that matters, not used as a scoreboard.

The document

What your physician receives.

Most genetic products give you a report. We give your doctor a document they can act on, and the boundary is stated on the first line: this is coaching context, not a diagnosis, and clinical decisions are theirs.

Illustrative composite, not a real client. Every client receives this same document from their own data.

Adherence

We tell your doctor what you're actually taking.

Six of eight, taken. Two at zero. Nobody else in this space will tell your physician when the client isn't following the protocol, and it is the least copyable thing on the page.

Every genotype shows its RSID.

Your physician can look up any claim we make, and see how strong the evidence behind it is. Traceable, not asserted.

Labs are a discussion list, not an order.

We suggest what would confirm or refute the model. Your physician decides what to run.

This is the same document every client gets. Bring it to your annual, or to a specialist who has been treating one piece of the picture.

What clients say

What that looked like for Cesar.

Cesar came to me after years of health challenges and medical treatment. He wasn't short on effort or information. He was short on order: he knew there were gaps in his approach but couldn't tell which ones mattered.

“Rather than recommending an endless list of supplements or drastic lifestyle changes, Rob helped me hone in on a targeted handful of supplement protocols and practical lifestyle adjustments.”
Cesar, HGF client

The work sat alongside his medical care and never tried to replace it. Ask him what's different now and he says “consistent clarity”: clearer in his daily routine, and clearer in his head.

Genetics

Your DNA is one layer
of a deeper system.

Genetics inform probability. Your system determines your ceiling.

The HGF Blueprint integrates genetic data with assessments across all nine domains to build a precise capacity map. Not a template. Not a generic program. A living system calibrated to your biology, your patterns, and your mission.

Genetic cost mapping

Your DNA is processed through a practitioner-grade panel that surfaces variants that influence energy production, recovery demand, metabolism, and stress response.

Capacity domain assessment

Capacity is assessed across all nine domains, mapping where the bottleneck between them is holding your ceiling down.

Precision architecture

A personalized HGF Blueprint is built: training, nutrition, supplementation, timing, and recovery all sequenced around your highest-leverage bottleneck.

The Practitioner

Why I built HGF

I've always been drawn to one question:

Why?

Why do some people do everything “right,” eat well, train hard, take supplements, stay disciplined, yet still struggle with energy, focus, resilience, or consistency?

That question became an obsession.

It led me across fitness, nutrition, genetics, neuroscience, movement, and faith. Every discipline offered valuable insights, but none explained the whole picture.

I've never been satisfied treating symptoms when I could understand causes.

Over time, I realized something.

Performance isn't created by trying harder. It emerges when the hidden bottleneck limiting your capacity is identified and removed.

That's why I built Human Growth Factor.

HGF is the system I built to find that bottleneck and put the work in order around it, so the effort you are already making starts showing up in how you feel, how you train, and how much you have left at the end of the day.

When training alone stops being the answer.

Personal training is where almost everyone starts, and for many people it is the whole answer. These three are for when it is not.
