Performance Coaching
When the training is good and the results have slowed.
Everything in Online, built around you, with your doctor in the loop.
This one starts with a conversation, not a checkout. Most people move up to it in person anyway.
For you if
You already train consistently, with me or someone else. But the results have slowed, and you suspect it's what happens outside the gym: what you eat, how you sleep, when you train, how you recover.
Not yet if
You're still training around pain or starting from zero. Start with personal training.

Everything in Online Fitness Coaching
A 15-minute call every week
A 45 to 60 minute video review at the end of each month, in week 4
Text access
Replies between 6am and 8pm Eastern, within 24 hours on weekdays. Texts are for quick questions, form videos and nutrition questions. Program changes happen on your weekly call.
Nutrition built around you
Not a template now. Your targets, your foods, your schedule, adjusted against what the training and the check-ins are actually showing.
Coaching on sleep, timing and recovery
When you eat, when you train, when you have caffeine, and what your evenings are doing to the next morning.
Bloodwork your doctor orders and reviews
I keep a short list of markers worth watching month to month and suggest what would confirm or rule out what we are seeing. Your doctor decides what to run and reads the results. I build your training and nutrition around them, and flag anything that does not fit.
Full stack review
Bring everything you take: supplements, medications, hormone therapy, and anything else your provider has you on. I look at each one alongside why it was started, and whether it still fits your goals and the rest of your plan. Where things overlap, work against each other or no longer make sense, I flag it. Supplements we sort out together: keep what is helping, drop what isn't, fill the gaps. Anything prescribed goes back to your doctor with a written summary, never changed by me.
Understanding what you have been prescribed
If your provider has you on something, you should understand what it is for, how it fits your training, and what to watch. I will explain it in plain language and tell you what I do not know. Your doctor prescribes and adjusts. I never do.
Practitioner alignment review
I look at what your doctor, nutritionist, trainer and apps already have you doing, and check that it all points at the same goal. Where advice conflicts or doesn't fit your goals, I flag it and we sort it out together.
Test results put to work
DEXA scans, VO2 max and other testing you already have get built into your training and nutrition, and re-checked over time.
Care-team coordination
I build your training and nutrition around your labs and medications, and send your doctor a summary before appointments when something needs a decision.
Foundation first
Sleep, food and recovery get steady before we add anything advanced.
Coaching, not medical care. Your doctor prescribes, orders your bloodwork and reads it. I build your training and nutrition around what they find, and tell them what I am seeing. I never change anything you have been prescribed.
