HGF Home Environment Audit

Your home should make healthy living easier.

Your environment shapes your habits more than your willpower does. I go through the spaces, the products and the routines you rely on every day, find what is working against your goals, and leave you with a home that makes good food, real sleep and proper recovery the easy option.

$299One-time assessment, 60 to 90 minutes.

You can have the right plan and still fight the wrong environment.

You train consistently. You know roughly what you should be eating. You understand that sleep matters. And every single week you fight the same handful of obstacles.

The good food is behind the bad food. The grocery run does not happen, so Thursday becomes takeout. The bedroom is too warm and too bright. A dozen small household decisions quietly spend the attention you needed for the things that matter.

Problems like these do not always need more discipline. Quite often they need a better environment.

Stop spending willpower on obstacles your home could stop creating.

What I evaluate

01

Kitchen and nutrition environment

Fridge, pantry, and what is actually within reach when you are hungry and tired. Food storage, cookware, and whether your kitchen makes meal prep a ten-minute job or a one-hour one.

02

Water

Where your drinking water comes from, your municipal water report if there is one, any filtration you already have, and whether it has been maintained. If a question needs a lab to answer it, I say so rather than guess.

03

Air and ventilation

HVAC filters and how often they actually get changed, how the house ventilates, and the straightforward changes that affect how you sleep and how you breathe at home.

04

Sleep and recovery environment

Light, temperature, noise, and what happens in the hour before bed. Usually the fastest wins in the whole audit.

05

Household products and organization

Cleaning products, storage, clutter, and the places where organization has quietly stopped working and nobody has had time to fix it.

06

Household architecture

How the week runs. Who does what, how food gets bought and made, which decisions repeat, and what could be handed off, automated or simply stopped.

What I will not do is tell you that every plastic container, every nonstick pan and your tap water are dangerous. Recommendations stay proportionate to what I actually find in your house, and where something sits outside what a walkthrough can honestly answer, I say so instead of guessing.

How it works

  1. 1

    Walkthrough

60 to 90 minutes in your home. We go through it room by room, and I ask about the routines and the pressures that actually shape your week.

  2. 2

    Prioritize

I separate what is worth changing this month from what can wait, and ordinary household friction from anything that needs a qualified professional to assess.

  3. 3

    Optimize

You get your plan. Do it yourself, book hands-on help, or move into Capacity Coaching and I keep it running.

Leave with a plan, not a list of problems.

Anyone can walk through a house and point at what is wrong. The deliverable here is your Home Environment Action Plan, and it is written to be acted on:

  • What I found, area by area
  • Your top five changes, in the order they are worth doing
  • What to do this week, and what can wait until next month
  • Specific products or swaps where they earn their cost, as a cart you can review and buy in one click
  • Anything that needs qualified testing or a licensed professional, named plainly
  • A 30-day plan, sequenced so each change makes the next one easier

No time to make the changes? I can do it with you.

$100 an hour

Knowing what to change is one thing. Finding the afternoon to change it is another, and it is usually the reason a good plan sits untouched for six months.

So after the audit I can do the work with you: reorganizing the fridge and the pantry, setting up food storage and a meal-prep station, sorting out where the supplements live, and writing the household checklists that keep it that way once the week gets busy again.

Nothing gets thrown out, moved or replaced without your say-so. Products, any outside testing and any contractor work are billed separately. I do not do licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC or remediation work of any kind.

Ask about home optimization

When a question needs a lab, I will tell you that.

Some things a walkthrough cannot answer. Water chemistry is one. Indoor air quality is another. Pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to make this service worthless.

So when a question is worth answering properly, I say so, and I will help you find an independent, qualified professional to answer it. My job is knowing which questions are worth asking, reading what comes back in the context of your training and your health, and turning it into a next step. I do not run laboratory tests, and no testing is included in the audit.

A better home is the beginning. Better systems keep it that way.

A one-time audit shows you what to change, and a good plan gets the first month done. Holding the routines, the food systems and the recovery habits in place once life gets loud again is a different problem.

Capacity Coaching is the ongoing version. I book the bloodwork, keep the doctor visits on your calendar, keep your supplements current, and write the life structure that says what you handle, what gets handed off, what gets automated and what simply stops. Your partner joins the calls if that helps.

The audit stands on its own. You do not need coaching to use it, and I would rather you did the plan alone than bought something you do not need.

Questions

Do I need to be a personal training client?+

No. The audit is a standalone service. It also works well added onto in-home training, since I am already in the house.

Does the audit include water or air testing?+

No. There is no laboratory testing included. I review what is already knowable, flag what is worth confirming properly, and point you toward independent testing when it is warranted.

Will you throw away things in my home?+

No. Nothing is discarded, moved or replaced without your permission. I explain what I would change and why, and you decide.

Do I have to buy Capacity Coaching afterwards?+

No. The plan is yours either way, and it is written so you can act on it alone.

Can you help me actually make the changes?+

Yes. Hands-On Home Optimization is $100 an hour, and it is entirely optional.

Are product purchases included?+

No. Products, any outside testing and any contractor work are separate costs, and I will tell you roughly what to expect before you commit to anything.

Where do you do this?+

Sarasota, Bradenton, Palmetto and Lakewood Ranch. Outside Florida it is $2,000 plus travel. If you would rather not have me in the house at all, Capacity Coaching includes the same walkthrough by video.

Is this a home inspection?+

No. It is a practical consulting assessment of how your home affects your health habits. It is not a certified home inspection, an environmental laboratory test, or a medical evaluation, and it is not a substitute for any of them.
