What the Hidden Friction Scan is

The Hidden Friction Scan is an eight-question assessment that shows where friction is showing up for you and where it is most likely concentrated. The questions branch on your answers, so every path is exactly eight questions long, but not everyone sees the same eight.

It gives you a starting hypothesis, not a diagnosis. It does not measure your biology and it is not medical advice. It points you to where to look first. Which bottleneck is actually setting your ceiling is what the Capacity Audit determines.

This is the lifestyle half. It reads how you are actually living, when you train, eat, sleep and come down, and shows where that is costing you most. Your DNA is the other half: it is what can explain why a given pattern costs you more than it costs the next man. The Capacity Audit puts the two together.

What it measures

The scan screens five of the nine domains where capacity is built and lost. These five were chosen from clients' measured intake data rather than intuition.

Emotional
The load isn't the problem. Not clearing it is.
Sleep
You're sleeping. You're not recovering.
Training
Your body is under-asked or over-asked. Rarely in between.
Timing
The right things, at the wrong hours.
Nutrition
Not what you eat. When, and whether it's decided.

How it scores

Each domain is scored against what it could have earned on the questions you actually answered, so the result reflects your path rather than a running total. When two domains land close together, the scan names both instead of quietly picking one.

What you get

  • Your primary friction pattern: the domain your answers point to most strongly, plus a second one when two are close.
  • A read-back of the answers that drove the result, so you can see why it landed where it did.
  • What that pattern usually looks like, and where the work on it starts.
  • The option to book a call, or to start with the DNA Kit and Capacity Audit.
